This is What we do Before & After the ”I Do’s”

 

Before: it’s assisting in the planning and coordination of the wedding working with banquet facilities, coordinators and the bride’s entourage to get specific details set for the perfect affair.  Giving the bride the knowledge of the wedding business at her disposal to help with any other decisions that might still need addressing be it photography, rehearsal dinner venues, tuxedo shops and even where to seat the future in-laws at the reception

 

During: Making sure all of the planning gets executed properly by working with the coordinator and keeping a constant yet not overwhelming communication with the bride, never jumping right into the first dance without the bride being able to freshen up.  Keeping an eye on all of the little details in the reception like is the guest book being signed, cameras being used, is all the important people in the room at the start of all the traditional events at the reception. 

 

After:  It’s always nice to get compliment from the guest, family and the newlyweds after the reception, but what we enjoy most is when the brides send us and email or drop us a call to tell us there friends are still talking about how fun their wedding reception was.  That should leave a lasting smile on a brides face to let her know she made the right choice for a wedding entertainment company..
